Saturday our ward took our munchkins and the youth to the NYC temple. The kids hung out in the ward part of the temple and the youth and a couple of adults watched them while the rest of us did a session. We didn't have to worry about getting home at a certain time or feel rushed because they were next door. Since we were a block from Central Park we ate lunch there and let the kids run wild.
No traffic, good conversations, and renewed spirits.
Afterwards Aaron and Spence played frisbee at the church while i read/took a nap. the PERFECT day!
